Simple Church Design & Making Disciples

hpad_SimpleChurch.gifIf you're a church planter or church pastor, making disciples can't be far from your top agenda item. I have been greatly aided recently by some of the fresh concepts developed by Eric Gieger, who co-authored the book Simple Church. The book's simple premise is this: helping churches return to God's design for making disciples. While the goal is refreshingly simple, the "process elements" that the book identifies are sublime and very insightful; hence helpful. As a result of Eric's concept and online testing, our church was able to sharpen and dramatically increase the clarity by which we make disciples. (If you're interested in our one page summary, e-mail me and I'll send you a copy; it's very simple!) As we walk out the process, I am looking forward to dramatic results as well. I'll keep you posted.
